Cancellation Policy
To keep things smooth, clear, and fair for everyone, here’s our standard booking policy: Booking & Confirmation All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Desert Valley Studios. Same-day bookings may be accommodated upon request and availability. Payments & Deposits For paid services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot. Remaining balances are due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing. Free consultations do not require any payment or card info. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in loss of deposit. No-shows are subject to full service charge. Arrivals & Prep Please arrive or be ready at your location at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you’re late, that time will be deducted from your session duration unless otherwise discussed. Deliverables Turnaround times vary by project and will be discussed during your consultation or booking. Revisions, if applicable, are limited and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Usage & Licensing All content remains the property of Desert Valley Studios until full payment is received. Commercial usage and licensing terms are available upon request and may require a separate agreement.
