Service Description
We’ll spend up to one hour focused on your athlete, capturing their biggest moments on the field — batting, pitching, fielding, or celebrating. You’ll walk away with a curated gallery of high-quality, professionally edited shots that showcase their talent and love for the game. Perfect for recruiting, social media, or framed keepsakes.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy (for All Action Packages) Session Length Each package includes up to 1 hour of coverage. This is a highlight session and not a full game capture. If a game runs longer than the booked hour, additional time can be requested (if available) at an hourly add-on rate. Deposit & Payment A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot (before photos are delivered). Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule once at no cost with at least 48 hours’ notice. Delivery Edited galleries will be delivered within 7–10 business days via a private online gallery. Expedited delivery (3 business days) is available for an additional fee. Usage Clients receive unlimited personal and social media usage rights. Desert Valley Studios retains the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes.
